Kit Includes:
14001 (1 ea) U-Bolt Clip 1/4 Galv Forged
R-1/44GW15 (1 ea) 15 Feet Guy Wire 1/4 High Strength
Use consists of (15') 1/4 inch guy wire with 6,650 lbs breaking strength and (2) 1/4 inch clamps. Use 15' of guy wire + 2 clamps on each anchor assembly for protection against snapping. This Strand weaves in, out and Through each Eye to Eye or Eye to Jaw Turnbuckle (ie R-3/8TBE&J or R-3/8TBE&E) up to 1" and the attached Down Guy Anchor to prevent Turnbuckles from Vibrating Loose or otherwise coming undone. Incudes ROHN Part Numbers; 140001 (Galvanized Forged 1/4 inch U-Bolt Clip) and R-1/4GW15 (15 Foot of 1/4 High Strength Guy Wire). Turnbuckles and Equalizer Plates are not included
This Down Guy Turnbuckle Safety Kit is included in your Complete ROHN Guyed Tower Kits. Install the Down Guy Anchor Types as indicated by the ROHN Catalog (Footer Links below) as per REV. G or REV. F Wind Load Ratings. Space and Install in the Concrete Anchor Rods in Anchor Blocks as Specified for the Particular Height and Wind Load Application by Model Number. Then Install these kits to secure the Turnbuckles as Finished.

3 Star Stocks EHS 7 Strand Guy Wire for use on ROHN 25G, 45G, 55G and 65G Guyed Towers Systems as well as Utility OSP Cabled and Fiber Systems. Our EHS Tower Guy wire comes in 100', 250', 500',1000, in coils or reels and 5000 FT wooden spools. PLP-GWD Guy wire Dispenser available (optional). It is recommended that "Initial Tension" (10% of Maximum Limit) is attained with the Turnbuckle travel extended prior to tensioning with same. Our 6/18 (6 strand 18AWG) and 6/20 (6 strand 20AWG with or with out Plastic Coating) guy wire comes in lengths of 50', 100', 250', 500' up to 1000' FT. Choose from 6/18 and 6/20 for Guying Telescopic Antenna Masts. Also, Complete Telescopic Guy Wire Kits are also available.
