Refund
Return and Exchange Policy
We
at 3 Star Inc.,
stand behind, and believe in, the products we sell, or we would not sell
them... We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with the product(s) and/or
service(s) offered by 3 star inc., and further, that we (collectively) can
resolve any issue that may arise to our mutual satisfaction. Having
said that, and absent of any other remedy mutually agreed upon, we provide
you with the following remedies if at any time after sale, you feel need to
avail yourself to them. In
addition, 3 Star Inc.,
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Though we cannot,
and reasonably cannot be expected to, pre-emptively screen those who would have
access to this web site presented in a public domain, we can and will
remedy the situation by refunding all monies and fees associated with the
transaction via the method of payment used by you, prior to notice
of invoked remedy, and shipment of the item(s) in question.
Cancellations, Damages, Returns and Exchanges
Cancellations Prior to shipping and delivery- you
must call the phone number above, and upon satisfactory proof of
identity, cancel the delivery, and hence your order, no reason necessary,
for full refund of total sale price including tax, shipping and insurance
costs.
Damaged Shipments It is the receiver's responsibility to inspect the order
completely as and when delivered. This should be done prior to signing any
acknowledgement for receipt of order/shipment. Do not accept any visibly
damaged item unless the courier representative has noted the item damaged and
the extent of the damage on the paperwork they expect you to sign acknowledging
receipt of the shipment. Retain a copy of this paperwork to send us
when filing any claim. For concealed damages found while unpacking
the shipment, retain all packing materials and paperwork associated with the
shipment, then call us immediately at the phone number above. All damages must
be reported on the day of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Within the first 30 days- Refund will be given via
method of payment originally used upon satisfaction and in
consideration of the following

The
original purchaser has a period of 30 days to return any purchased items for a refund of the original purchased price but excludes original shipping, less 5% handling and restocking fees. (2)
All returned merchandise must be received by 3
Star Inc no later than 30 days after the date of purchase, no exceptions (3) Refunds and
returns are not applicable for any Rohn product, "field pull",
"used", "cable", "wire" or "special
order" items, see warranty policy. Exchanges of these items are applicable
as covered in (7) below. (4) Item must
first be unused, undamaged and returned in like condition sent with all
packaging and materials included (see shipping and warranty policies). (5) The return
shipping and associated insurance costs are yours to bear (we can provide you
with return waybills on our accounts if requested), and are deducted from
refund total (which is complete sale total of all items to be returned,
including all taxes and governmental fees, but excludes original shipping,
handling, insurance as order has already shipped and expenses born by us). (6) In addition,
any item(s) purchased from us as a result of a quote (written or e-mailed),
extended to you for your consideration prior to purchase, are subject to a
re-stocking fee of up to 20% of item(s) original purchase price (which is
complete sale total excluding shipping, handling, insurance and all taxes and
governmental fees). (7) All defective and DOA (Dead on
Arrival) products must be reported within this 30 day time period. (8) All returned merchandise must be received by 3 Star Inc no later than 30 days after the date of purchase, no exceptions
After 30 days and within the
first 45 days- (calendar, starting on day of delivery),
you can exchange for like or similar item or, upon satisfaction and in
consideration of the following:
(1) Does not cover any Rohn product, "field
pull", "used", "cable", "wire",
"factory order" or "special order" items, see Warranty Policy. (2)
In-stock items require a 15% re-stocking fee.
Special order items require a 20% re-stocking fee. (3)
Item must first be unused, undamaged and
returned in like condition sent with all packaging and materials included (see
shipping and Warranty Policies). (4) The return and replacement shipping, and associated insurance costs are yours to bear (we can provide you with waybills on our accounts if requested), and are deducted from item(s) original purchase price (which is complete sale total excluding shipping, handling, insurance and all taxes and governmental fees).
After 45 days- NO refunds, Returns, Exchanges or Store Credit will be given, and all sales
are considered final. However, depending on the product condition at time
of sale, your product will likely be covered under applicable manufacturer
warranty (see Warranty
Policy).
Honest mistakes on our part- are
mistakes of substantive quantity or model number difference and are subject
to refund or exchange on us with the following limitations and provisions: (1) The mistake
must be discovered by you and brought to our attention (in person/by
telephone first, and then in writing or e-mail) within 45 days
(calendar) of delivery. (2) Item must
be unused, undamaged and returned in like condition sent with all packaging
and materials included. (3) We will
cover all shipping, handling and insurance costs associated with the refund or
exchange. (4) Refund or
exchange consideration will not exceed original purchase total (which is
complete sale total including shipping, handling, insurance and all taxes
and governmental fees). (5) You agree
that the final determination of applicability of the product(s) sold or
service(s) rendered by us (collectively) is yours and yours alone to
discern prior to the installation or use of said product(s) or service(s). (See Warranty)
Honest mistakes on your
part- are exactly that, and 3 Star Inc. Commits to reaching a
mutually agreeable resolution with you, upon notice to us (in person/by
telephone) and in absence of any other remedy, within the constructs and
confines of this policy and others as they are spelled out above. |
